Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with case preparation for Part B & part C Medicare Appeal Hearings
- Provide Clinical testimony that supports the ChemoFx® assay during Medicare Appeal Hearings
- Assist the Managed Care Financial Services team with Commercial Insurance Appeal Reviews
- Provide support to the Client Services department to resolve clinical questions from customers, sales teams, and patients
- Assist the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, and Sales with clinical matters, as needed
Qualifications:
- Education
- B.S. degree in nursing (required)
- M.S. in nursing (preferred)
- Experience:
- 5-8 years with 3-5 years’ experience in oncology preferred
- Required Skills and Behaviors:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough clinical knowledge of oncology therapy and diagnostic tests
- Work independently under direction but with minimal supervision
- Make decisions and exercise good judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Work effectively within a team
