Sean McDonald
President and CEO
Sean McDonald joined the company in 2001 and serves as President and CEO. Previously, Sean founded Automated Healthcare in 1992, developing the first robotics-based solution to hospital pharmacy management. Automated Healthcare was successfully acquired by McKesson Corporation in 1996. While at McKesson, he held the position of Group President over several operating companies with annualized revenues in excess of $250 million. Sean has been instrumental in recruiting and developing a successful management team to Precision in the areas of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Sales and Clinical Trials. Sean received a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Florida.

Mike Gabrin
Chief Information Officer
Mike Gabrin joined Precision in October 2001 as Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). He is responsible for Product Development and Information Technology. Prior to joining Precision, Mike was Vice President Product Development and Chief Technology Officer at Vocollect, Inc. While there, he led and developed teams in the discovery and assessment of new markets, and, subsequently, the development of products in order to effectively penetrate these new market segments. Mike received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Damian F. Rippole
Chief Financial Officer
Damian Rippole joined Precision as Chief Financial Officer in October 2010. Damian previously held various financial leadership roles with Royal Philips Electronics, a global leader in the sleep, respiratory and home monitoring markets, in their Home Healthcare Solutions business. Philips acquired Respironics, Inc. in March 2008, and Damian co-led the integration of the Respironics global finance function into Philips. At Respironics, he served various roles in finance, most recently as Corporate Controller. Respironics was recognized as one of Forbes most trustworthy companies in April 2007 for its financial stewardship, transparency in financial reporting and corporate governance. As a public company, Respironics met its strategic financial objectives for eight consecutive years while growing its revenues annually by more than 15%. Prior to joining Respironics, Damian worked for Ernst & Young’s Advisory and Assurance Business Services group. Damian holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Grove City College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sharon Kim
VP, Business Development
Sharon Kim has served as Precision’s Vice President of Business Development since 2001. Prior to joining Precision, Sharon served as Vice President of Business Development for McKesson HBOC Automation Group. In that role, she directed all strategy and business development activities for three operating companies. Prior to this, Sharon was a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare and was a founding member of their Total Health Management team. She has over ten years of industry experience in healthcare. She has a BA in Economics and an MBA from Stanford University.

Matt Marshall
VP, Sales
Matt Marshall joined the company in January 2007 and serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Matt comes to Precision with twenty-two years of healthcare technology sales management experience. Previously, Matt served as Senior Vice President of Sales at McKesson Corporation, National Vice President of Sales at Automated Healthcare, and Regional Vice President of Sales at HBOC. In addition, Matt serves as an outside board member of Alliance Medical, PayerPath, and Anodyne. Matt has been instrumental in recruiting and expanding a highly successful national sales team, as well as leading a national marketing campaign. Matt has an MS in Accounting from DePaul University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois.

Jean Viallet, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Jean Viallet, a medical oncologist, brings a tremendous amount of clinical, academic, research and business leadership experience to Precision. Previously he served as the Vice President of Clinical Development and Chief Medical Officer for GeminX Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and was instrumental in guiding GeminX through a successful acquisition by Cephalon. Prior to joining GeminX, Jean held senior positions at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Most recently he was Group Director, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at GSK and was responsible for the support of Navelbine, a leading cancer therapeutic presently available on the market. He previously held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Oncology at Sanofi-Synthélabo, where he managed several clinical development projects including oxaliplatin and rasburicase, both now on the market. Dr. Viallet has held faculty appointments at McGill University and the Université de Montréal, and clinical appointments at the Hôpital Notre-Dame and the Montreal General Hospital. He is the recipient of several professional and academic awards and has published 50 research and review articles on the molecular biology of cancer and clinical oncology. Jean holds a degree in biology and medicine from the Université de Montréal and received his oncology training at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD.
